General Terms and Conditions Stadslogement Kingsize

General

1.10 These General Terms and Conditions apply to guests of Stadslogement Kingsize – Prins Hendrikkade 20, 8601 CB Sneek.

1.11 Wherever you read "guest(s)" in these conditions, you may also read "tenant(s)" or "user(s)."

1.12 Tom and Sonja van Bruggen are the owners of Stadslogement Kingsize. For questions or problems during your stay, you can reach them at +31653883120 or +31611242635.

1.13 By making a reservation, these General Terms and Conditions come into effect.

1.14 Upon request, a copy of these General Terms and Conditions will be provided free of charge to the guests.

1.15 Users must have a fixed residence or place of stay and be at least 18 years old.

1.16 The manager is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of users' belongings. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs will be borne by the users.

1.17 All risks related to a stay at Stadslogement Kingsize are the responsibility of the users.

1.18 Damages and losses of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported by users and may be subject to compensation.

1.19 Users must follow instructions given by the manager.

1.20 The manager can deny or refuse access to Stadslogement Kingsize immediately in case of violation of these Terms and Conditions or inappropriate behavior, without further notice or refund.

1.21 The manager’s administration is decisive in case of disagreements, unless users prove otherwise.

1.22 Users of Stadslogement Kingsize must comply with the House Rules stated below.

Reservation and Confirmation

2.1 The rental agreement can be made orally, by phone, in writing, or by email.

2.2 After receiving the reservation, Stadslogement Kingsize will send a confirmation. The reservation is then final.

Payment

3.1 Accommodation costs at Stadslogement Kingsize must be paid upon arrival by bank transfer, card payment, or cash.

Cancellation

4.1 If you are unable to honor the rental agreement, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible so we can offer the freed-up room(s) to others.

4.2 You can cancel free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. If you cancel later, you are responsible for the full rental amount. In serious cases, later free cancellation is possible; please contact us by phone at +31653883120 or +31611242635.

Liability

5.1 All risks related to a stay at Stadslogement Kingsize are the responsibility of the guests.

5.2 The owner / Stadslogement Kingsize is not liable for personal injury resulting from the stay.

5.3 The manager is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of tenants’ belongings. All (legal) costs in disputes are borne by the tenants.

5.4 Costs resulting from loss of keys to the accommodation will be charged to the tenants.

House Rules

6.11 On the day of arrival, you may use your room(s) from 3:00 PM.

6.12 On the day of departure, the room(s) must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

6.13 Deviations from these times are only possible by arrangement.

6.14 No refund will be given for early departure.

6.15 Use of the room(s) by third parties is not permitted.

6.16 Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without the manager's permission and without additional payment.

6.17 It is not allowed to stay with more people in the room(s) than agreed upon in the rental agreement.

6.18 Pets are generally not allowed.

6.20 Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in rooms and public areas. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.
