House Rules – Stadslogement Kingsize Sneek

Welcome to Stadslogement Kingsize! We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. Therefore, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.

General

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: no later than 11:00 AM

Quiet hours: between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, please be considerate of our neighbors and fellow guests.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building.

Smoking outside is permitted, provided no nuisance is caused and cigarette butts are disposed of properly.

Visitors

Visitors are only allowed after prior consultation.

Parties or gatherings are not permitted.

Use of the accommodation

Furniture and inventory should be used carefully; please report any damage immediately.

It is not allowed to move or take items from the rooms.

Safety

Keep emergency exits and corridors clear.

Do not leave flammable objects unattended.

Report defects or malfunctions to the manager as soon as possible.

Parking & bicycles

Parking is available in designated nearby areas.

Bicycles can be safely stored by arrangement.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation & payment

Cancellation and payment terms are agreed upon at booking.

Violation of rules

Violation of the house rules may result in denial of access to the accommodation without refund.
