Cancellation

If you are unable to honor the rental agreement, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible so that we can offer the freed-up room(s) to others.

You can cancel free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. If you cancel later, you are responsible for the full rental amount. Subject to availability, you may move the reservation to another date.

If you booked via an external platform such as Booking.com, the cancellation conditions stated there apply.
