If you are unable to honor the rental agreement, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible so that we can offer the freed-up room(s) to others.

You can cancel free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. If you cancel later, you will be responsible for the full rental amount. In case of a serious situation, you may cancel later free of charge; please contact us by phone at +31653883120 or +31611242635.

If you booked via an external platform such as Booking.com, the cancellation conditions stated there apply.
